Use Sara-N2 as Modem to Send UDP over the PC not AT Commands

Hello,
does anyone know if Sara-N211 can be used as a modem?
I want to send UDP packets to a UDP server but I don’t want to do that through AT command rather by connecting from my PC over the Sara-N211.
Is this possible?
