Unable to see device in bootloader mode

Hey guys,

I recently purchased a SODAQ SARA AFF R412M and was planning use it to run some Nb-IoT experiments so i loaded some NB-IoT software following this link : https://learn.sodaq.com/getting_started/

I programmed one of the examples and ran it for a while before unplugging the board.
Now I cannot see the board in the Arduino IDE and the lights do not flash in the same startup pattern as previously. I have but the board into bootloader mode (slowly pulsing blue led) but I still cannot see the board on the serial port.

Any suggestions would be most welcome!

Hi Justin,

Is it perhaps not recognized?
Arduino has some further documentation on this.


If this is not the case, please try connecting it to a different computer.

If that also fails we’ll have to think about swapping it for another one.
