I’m using a R410 with a lipo battery and a solar panel. I’d like to know what happens if the solar panel cannot charge the battery sufficiently (for example due to adverse weather).

Does the R410 shutdown when the battery voltage drops below a threshold to prevent deep discharge?

If not, is there anything I can do programmatically to shut down the board completely?

To answer my own question, I see from the circuit diagrams that there is a MCP102T-315E chip that will shutdown the 3.3V regulator when the battery voltage drops to 3.15V. This should protect the battery from deep discharge.
