NB-IOT: message sometime lost during weeks and totally cannot get message from May 2nd and 3rd

Hi, Everyone. I have 2 NB-IOT modules from Sodaq. The were programmed to send message every 30 minutes and messages are linked to Althingtalks . Sometimes, some message were lost. They were sending message during month of April, 2018. But 2 day May 2nd and 3rd , I cannot see message from Althingtalks.

I wonder if T- mobile changed some setting or Althingtalks did. I don’t know how to contact Sodaq, Althingtalk or T-mobile to ask for these problem.
If anyone has some information, please share me.

Hi,

T-Mobile switched off OceanConnect. No messages are forwarded anymore.
You have to contact T-Mobile about an account for Nokia Impact.

They manually have to swap your sim to the new backend and you have to reconnect the imei to the platform.

Unfortiantly I can’t do this for you :frowning:

Hi,

Since they closed OceanConnect, your devices should automatically be disconnected.
If your imei is in the SODAQ account, email me the imei and I will remove it.
