NB IoT Dashboard at AllThingsTalk OUTSIDE NL

Hi!

I’m pretty desperate for being outside of NL, because I’ve got a shiny SODAQ SARA N211 and a working connection to my AUSTRIAN NB-IoT Provider (T-Mobile).

Question: How to connect it to the Dashboard at AllThingsTalk-Maker? T-Mobile Netherlands is supported, how do I proceed?
