I am searching for a module or even a kit that supports using both NB-IoT and Bluetooth. Do you know any way of doing this using Ublox NB-IoT kit, or any other vendors?

We sell a Sodaq Explorer.
It has LoRa and BLE as communication onboard if you add the shield you will also have NB-IoT.
You can look in our webshop and support page if you like the board + features.
There should be a lot of other Bluetooth compatible things out there let me know if I can help you.
