LoRabee RN2483 and XBee Shield

I’m using then LoRabee RN2483 with a SODAQ Mbili and seems to work fine.

I’m trying to use it also with a SainSmart Due and a SainSmart XBee Shield and I cannot get any response from the RN2483. Both of them works at 3.3 VDC.

I cannot find then LoRabee RN2483 schematics to check if there is some pin not corrected assigned, Where is download link?.

I believe the DTR pin is used for switching the device one and off (I’m not sure if HIGH or LOW is on).
You can see in the Mbili schema that the DTR pin is connected to D23:

Looking at the images for the SainSmart XBee shield, it does look like that pin is connected, although it does have a pin hole breakout.

The problem is resolved.

Finally the solution is just the SJ1 jumper in LoRaBee. It’s opened so the RN2483 is not RESET properly. Closing this jumper to connect the LoRaBee RESET to the Arduino Reset works fine.

In fact I recommend to close SJ1 jumper using LoraBee in Autonomo (close SJ3 also) and in MBili. If not the RN2483 sometime will not work.

FTY, I asked about why was this SJ1 kept open ?

BTW, is there a wiki place to be used about Sodaq lorabee RN2483 ?
