How to switch off GPS and Sensors

Dear sir/mam,
I want to measure the power consumption of SARA-n211 in active and in PSM.
Could you please tell me how can I switch of the GPS and sensors. And on which PIN should I measure the power/current ??
Could anyone help me I am working on my master thesis using SARA n-211 module.
