Arduino drivers for Crowduino M0-SD

I am trying to connect Crowduino M0-S0 to Arduino IDE.
According to Elecrow-wiki i should "unzip the Compressed file, and run the file. Arduino1.7.x->Drivers-dpinst-amd64.exe,

But i have no “Arduino1.7.x” menu in Arduino IDE.

Is there any better instructions on how to add this boards to Arduino?
(I have been using Arduino whi ESP32 and that has been stright forward).
