I am being asked for an activation code while trying to add a device in All Things Talk. I have double checked the packaging and the e-mails from SODAQ and can’t seem to find it. Is it possible to look it up somehow on the website or request a new one?

At this moment we do not have a connection to All Things Talk anymore.
Hopefully they will update their system soon that we can use it again.
